Introducing PINsentry

Are you ready to start using PINsentry?

To use PINsentry for Online Banking, you'll need three things:
1
A Barclays Bank debit card or Authentication Card and PIN
Your current debit card may be ready to use. However, because PINsentry uses an upgraded chip, we may need to upgrade your card. You can use your current card PIN with PINsentry. What happens if you need to upgrade your card?
2
A PINsentry card reader
A PINsentry card reader is a small, easy-to-use hand-held device. Still have questions on the card reader?
3
Your 12-digit Online Banking membership number
This is the membership number you already use for Online Banking. Forgotten your membership number?
Using PINsentry is easy, just follow the onscreen instructions each time you log-in to Online Banking. If you want to try the new security system for yourself, try our interactive demo now.
