Tour PINsentry

All new things take a little while to get used to, so we have developed a tour of how PINsentry works to get you off to a good start.

Our tour will guide you through the changes to Online Banking:

  • How to log-in with PINsentry
  • Making a payment to someone new
  • Setting up a standing order to someone new

Our tour is easy to use, just follow these simple steps:

  • Controls are located at the bottom of the tour screen in a dark blue strip.
  • Just like a remote control you have a play and pause button. You can fast forward or rewind chapters by moving the control on the sliding bar.
  • The chapters of the tour are listed on the left hand side of the tour in a pop up list. Here you can select a chapter of interest and the demo will play from that chapter only.
Please note, if you're a Business or Premier customer you will notice small differences in the design of your Online Banking route, however the steps you take are exactly the same.
